All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Pickup & Return of Devices
If your device cannot be fixed, we will return it safely to you free of charge.
For repairs covered by warranty, we will arrange pickup & re-repair.
⚠️ What is Not Covered
Issues unrelated to the original repair request.
Damage was caused after the device was repaired and returned.
Liquid damage beyond repairable condition.
