We aim to carry out every repair to a high standard. If something isn't right after you've collected your device, we want to hear about it and we'll do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly. This policy explains your options.
All repairs carried out by Repair Bae are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in our workmanship from the date of collection. If the same fault reappears within this period and is attributable to our repair work, we will re-examine the device and, where appropriate, re-do the repair at no additional charge.
A refund or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of a resolution being agreed.
We are not able to offer refunds or remedies in the following situations:
Where a diagnostic fee applies and you choose not to proceed with the repair following the assessment, the diagnostic fee is not refundable. The fee covers the time and resource spent examining your device, and this work is performed regardless of whether a repair is authorised.

Please bring or describe the device, the repair it received, and the issue you've noticed. We'll arrange to inspect the device at no cost to you and assess the situation fairly.
This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe our services were not provided with reasonable care and skill, you have rights to require a repeat performance or a price reduction, regardless of this policy.
