Before leaving your device with us, you agree to:
We will carry out repairs using appropriate parts and workmanship. Where OEM (original manufacturer) parts are unavailable, we may use high-quality compatible alternatives and will inform you of this in advance.
Some repairs may reveal additional faults not identified at the initial assessment. We will inform you of any such findings before undertaking additional work.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of all repairs, particularly where devices have sustained significant impact, water damage, or prior third-party repairs. We will be transparent about expected outcomes before work begins.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer protection law.
If a repaired device is not collected within 30 days of notification that it is ready, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. After 60 days, we reserve the right to treat the device as abandoned and dispose of it in accordance with applicable regulations. Any repair costs outstanding at that point remain payable.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If our services are not of satisfactory quality, you have the right to request a remedy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
